{"id":5752,"date":"2026-05-26T13:35:11","date_gmt":"2026-05-26T11:35:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mrssporty.at\/club\/tulln\/?p=5752"},"modified":"2026-05-26T13:36:28","modified_gmt":"2026-05-26T11:36:28","slug":"erfolgsgeschichte-katharina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mrssporty.at\/club\/tulln\/2026\/05\/26\/erfolgsgeschichte-katharina\/","title":{"rendered":"Erfolgsgeschichte Katharina"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich bin nun seit Anfang J\u00e4nner 2026 bei Mrs. Sporty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe vieles versucht um wieder fitter zu werden und auch ein paar Kilos zu verlieren, aber es scheiterte daran, dass ich \u00fcberall an fixe Zeiten gebunden war und die Trainings somit einfach nicht in meinen Tagesablauf passten.<br>Mit einem Vollzeitjob, 2 Kindern mit vielen Hobbies, einem Hund und einem gro\u00dfen Haus mit Garten ist die Zeit f\u00fcr mich selbst einfach sehr begrenzt.<br>Also habe ich nach Weihnachten meinen \u201einneren Schweinehund\u201c \u00fcberwunden und ein Probetraining bei Mrs. Sporty in Tulln vereinbart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warum bei Mrs. Sporty? Weil mich das Trainingskonzept einfach neugierig gemacht hat: 2-3 Trainingseinheiten pro Woche \u00e1 30 Minuten &#8211; abgestimmt auf meine pers\u00f6nlichen W\u00fcnsche und Bed\u00fcrfnisse &#8211; und das auch noch in der N\u00e4he meines Arbeitsplatzes, meines Wohnortes und die M\u00f6glichkeit zum Training t\u00e4glich zwischen 6.00 und 22.00 Uhr. \u201eDas muss doch wirklich machbar sein\u201c, dachte ich. Und genau so ist es auch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an von Nicole und Verena gut betreut gef\u00fchlt, ich wurde von allen herzlich aufgenommen und auch der Erfolg hat sich schon nach einigen Wochen eingestellt.
