{"id":2974,"date":"2023-07-04T10:13:03","date_gmt":"2023-07-04T08:13:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/test02.mrssporty.uvensys.net\/club\/wien-penzing\/?post_type=magazin&#038;p=2974"},"modified":"2023-07-14T13:21:11","modified_gmt":"2023-07-14T11:21:11","slug":"training-im-stand-dein-mr-sporty-fitness-tipp-seitliche-crunches","status":"publish","type":"magazin","link":"https:\/\/www.mrssporty.at\/magazin\/training-im-stand-dein-mr-sporty-fitness-tipp-seitliche-crunches\/","title":{"rendered":"Training im Stand &#8211; dein Mr.Sporty Fitness Tipp: Seitliche Crunches"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ausgangsposition<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stelle die Beine h\u00fcftbreit auseinander.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Halte die Knie leicht gebeugt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Halte den Oberk\u00f6rper aufrecht (Brustbein anheben, Schultern tief und zur\u00fcck).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Platziere die Fingerspitzen locker hinter den Ohren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Ellenbogen zeigen nach au\u00dfen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Schultern befinden sich auf gleicher H\u00f6he.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Durchf\u00fchrung<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ziehe das Knie des Spielbeins neben den K\u00f6rper nach oben-innen bis etwa auf H\u00fcfth\u00f6he.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fchre den Ellenbogen der gleichen Seite des Spielbeins in Richtung des entgegenkommenden Knies und neige den Oberk\u00f6rper mit zur Seite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Standbein dabei fest lassen.Halte dabei stets den R\u00fccken gestreckt \u2013&nbsp;Oberk\u00f6rper aufrichten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Halte das Gleichgewicht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00f6se die Position und kehre in die Ausgangsposition zur\u00fcck.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ziehe nun das andere Spielbein neben den K\u00f6rper nach oben-innen bis etwa auf H\u00fcfth\u00f6he.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fchre den Ellenbogen der gleichen Seite des Spielbeins in Richtung des entgegenkommenden Knies und neige den Oberk\u00f6rper mit zur Seite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fchre&nbsp;<strong>10 bis 15 Wiederholungen im mittleren Tempo<\/strong>&nbsp;(Videotempo) durch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lockere kurz deine Schultern durch kreisende Bewegungen sowie deine Beine durch aussch\u00fctteln.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00fchre&nbsp;<strong>insgesamt 3 mal 10 bis 15 Wiederholungen<\/strong>&nbsp;durch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hinweise f\u00fcr dein funktionelles Training zu Hause<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lege vor dem Training deinen Schmuck und eventuell auch deine Brille zur Seite. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trage feste Schuhe beim Training, um einen stabilen Stand und guten Halt zu haben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e4ume dort wo du trainieren m\u00f6chtest einige Gegenst\u00e4nde zur Seite, dass du gen\u00fcgend Platz f\u00fcr die Ausf\u00fchrung der \u00dcbung hast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trainiere immer entsprechend deinem Leistungsniveau. \u00dcberfordere dich nicht.
